1) To provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment
2) By having small groups of children in each room, we aim to create a nursery atmosphere in which you and your child feels happy, secure and at ease
3) To encourage equal opportunities for staff, parents/ carers and children.
4) To promote good behaviour and respect for all individuals by being positive role models.
5) To promote multi-cultural understanding throughout the nursery via books, posters, dressing up etc
6) Individual monthly assessments for each child for continuity of care and child development needs.
7) To care for children with special needs as appropriate.
8) To foster and maintain good working relationships with parents/ carers and other professionals.
9) We operate an "open door" policy, so that parents/ carers can visit at any time and are encouraged to communicate their needs/ concerns to members of staff.
10) We aim to continually maintain, assess, support and improve staff training needs.
